Our History
Our Leadership Legacy
Deliverance Tabernacle Church entered a new chapter of leadership in 2011 when Pastor Terry Turrentine succeeded his father, Dr. C. L. Turrentine, continuing a faithful legacy of service and dedication. Rooted in a deep love for people, this generational transition reflects the church’s enduring commitment to meeting the spiritual and practical needs of its congregation and community.
Serving for Such a Time as This
Pastor Terry and First Lady Robin Turrentine lead Deliverance Tabernacle Church Pasadena with hearts for service and compassion. Drawing from lives of public service and care for children, they bring wisdom, humility, and devotion into every aspect of ministry. Alongside their family, who actively assists in the work of the church, they continue to guide the congregation with purpose, faith, and vision for this present season.

Meet Our Pastor & First Lady
Terry & Robin Turrentine
Our Pastor and First Lady, Terry and Robin Turrentine have led Deliverance Tabernacle Church since 2011. Pastor Terry succeeded his father, Dr. C.L. Turrentine, as pastor. Both of them have a love for people and work tirelessly as servants to meet the needs of our church, community and beyond. Pastor Terry is a retired Social Security Claims Representative, and First Lady Robin has worked with children for many years. They are the parents of 3 adult children and 1 grandchild who assist in the ministry. They are leading Deliverance Tabernacle Church Pasadena, for such a time as this.
Stepping Into a Greater Calling
In a sacred consecration ceremony, Pastor Terry L. Turrentine was set apart as Bishop of the Kenya 5th Jurisdiction, reflecting both his calling and his commitment to serve the church on a broader, international level.
